Breathwork is an active meditation process that slows the mind, heals the body, and activates the spirit.

Cristina utilizes various breathing techniques to aid the client to achieve their desired result. These range from simple breathing techniques for relaxation to a 3-step rhythmic breath to help break down and release stagnant energy and emotions while experiencing deep profound healing in your body, mind and spirit.

If you have the following, please be aware that Breathwork may not be a good thing. Please contact Cristina and let her know of any and all medical conditions before taking part in Breathwork. Meditations are perfectly fine.

  • Glaucoma

  • Retinal Detachment

  • Osteoporosis

  • Recent Injury or Surgery

  • History Of Panic Attacks, Psychosis

  • Severe Mental Illness

  • Seizure Disorders

  • Pregnancy

Sessions are done remotely while still being booked through Happie Soul Massage. Please let us know if you have any questions. Cost of service is $77. This service is typically 60 minutes in length.
